We’ve seen huge gain of visitors in the last few years… and we definitely see the benefit from advertising with Sound of Hope Radio… seeing increase of Chinese-speaking visitors to Filoli. In the past, when we use media, whether it was newspaper or other advertising, at most we had a 10% close rate for the clients who contacted us through that media who actually signed a contract. With Sound of Hope, we are able to have a much higher close rate of 25%. So more than double the previous rate. So for example, we usually have 10 to 15 callers for each time we do a radio show, and usually 2 to 4 will sign a contract with us, which is an amazing rate!
